Hilti Smart

The new Hilti Smart monthly subscription freight service is dedicated to all our customers, who want to make buying from Hilti as simple and easy as possible. It’s a monthly fee with which you can order products as many times as you want without order specific freight charges. Orders can be made on our website or through Customer Services even every day and still the freight charge is only a set amount per month.

We offer two subscription levels, Standard and Premium. Standard level includes all one- and two-day deliveries as well as Hilti Store and repair pick-ups. The premium level service additionally includes next day deliveries before 9am. Logistically tricky 6m long goods are also included in the Premium level for next day and two-day deliveries without surcharges (see below table).

It’s affordable

  • You pay a set amount per month and avoid any surprises
  • The freight service covers all products, even 6m long goods with Premium service level

It’s flexible

  • Choose the service that best fits your needs: Standard or Premium
  • Standard (95€/month) includes all deliveries except Next day pre 9am and same day deliveries.
  • Premium (175€/month) includes all deliveries except same day deliveries within the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Hilti SMART monthly subscription freight service has two options depending on what kind of freight service you need. You can see the options in the above table and compare, what the service costs are compared to normal freight charges.

1. Choose the most suitable freight service: It takes one working day to activate the freight service in our system, after which the service is available on your orders.

2. Order: After the freight service is available you can order normally on our website, through Customer Services or by visiting a Hilti Store.

3. Freight charges will no longer appear on your invoices. When the freight service subscription is active you will receive one invoice per month, that charges a set amount for freight depending on which service level you have chosen. Freight will no longer be charged on orders.
