It is a monthly freight charge that allows you to order products as many times as you want without order specific freight charges. Product orders can be made on our website or through our customer service even every day and still the freight charge remains the same, fixed amount per month. The monthly subscription freight service has 2 different levels - Standard and Premium.

Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription, 22€ for online orders and 35€ for other channels. If there are 6M channels on the order, freight is free with Hilti Smart subscription and 150€ for other channels.

Order online and pick up at your preferred Hilti Store if the item(s) are in stock. Your order is ready for collection an hour later. There is no need to wait for the order to be processed - simply sign for it at the Hilti Store. 6M channels are not available to order with this delivery option.
Choose from over 1000 convenient Posti service points. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready for pick up from your preferred pick up location after 19.00 the following working day.
Price: Free with Hilti Smart subscription, 8€ for Hilti Online orders and 9€ for other channels. Please note that the maximum weight limit is 30kg and this delivery option is not suitable for long, temperature sensitive or dangerous goods.
The address of our central warehouse is Tahkotie 2 (Avia DC, DB Schenker) Vantaa. Your order is ready for collection an hour after placing the order. The collection service is open from Monday to Friday 7.00-15.00.
Book your repair by 11.30 and your tool will be picked up the same day. Repairs booked later than 11.30 will be picked up next working day. The repaired tool will be returned within 3 days.
Price: Free within the no cost period, after that 31€.
Locker is 49x100x190 cm. The locked will be delivered within a week of the order and is your property. Please contact our customer service to order a locker.
